Always good! We've tried a good portion of the menu and it is all delicious. A hometown staple.

I have passed this place for years on trips to Tulsa and was curious but never stopped until my last trip. I am really glad I did! I ordered the Philly sandwich and it was very good. The meat was shaved prime rib, and was very tasty. The bun was fresh and had a good texture. The fries were cooked well too. The service was quick and very friendly, and the owner stopped by my table to ask if everything was good. The next time I'm in the Tulsa area I will definitely be stopping in.

The food and service was amazing! Great prices! Prime rib, salad, green beans, sweet potato fries, mashed potatoes, baked potato, chicken fried steak, and lava cake were perfect! Loved it all! Couldn't have asked for a better Saturday night dinner at the cutest, personable restaurant!

I heard someone say this was the best prime rib around, and I will have to agree. It was cooked perfectly and had a good beefy flavor. I also ordered the onion soup which was one of the best onion soups I've ever had. Service was fast and friendly. Even got a visit from the owner who come out to see how things were for several patrons! Hidden gem! Wish I had room in the tank left for their many deserts.

This restaurant was everything we wanted it to be and more. Service was excellent, food was delicious, and the place made you feel at home and cozy. You can tell the people who run Mamadou's really care; we were checked on by staff members several times throughout our meal and they were so kind. I got the 8 oz prime rib cooked medium rare with a Caesar salad, loaded baked potato, and green beans (my husband got the same but cooked medium), and we were so happy with our experience. My prime rib was cooked perfectly and had lots of flavor on the crust. Definitely try Mamadou's out when you get the chance!

Mamadou's Restaurant menu covers lunch and dinner, with a variety of sandwiches, diner style meals, steaks, daily specials and a menu for the kids. The faded sign out front advertises for their Bar and Lounge, with Karaoke every Friday and Saturday night. Inside the restaurant, there is a sign over one of the doors to guide customers to the bar in the back. The barely legible sign out front; it leaves you wondering if the bar is still operating. A cooler in the restaurant implies that beer is available. A big 12 oz ribeye, with fries, a side salad and today's vegie, green beans. The green beans seem to be the perpetual "daily vegetable." They show up in every Mamadou's customer's picture, and for good reason. Who doesn't like green beans and the green beans a Mamadou's are tasty; well-seasoned with bacon or ham. The dressing for the side salad appeared to be made in the restaurant. The ribeye steak was a generous 12 oz slab, cooked exactly as requested; a steak house perfect medium rare. Juicy, good beef flavor, wearing sear marks from the open flame grill. Unfortunately, it was tough. I could only salvage about half of it. My wife enjoyed an excellent catfish sandwich with fries. The restaurant is comfortable, nothing fancy, small town diner ambiance. Good friendly service. Mr. Momodou Ceesay, the owner came out from the kitchen to buss tables himself. He dropped by our table to greet us with a friendly smile. This restaurant is an icon of the Glenpool community that has been serving up good food since 1996.

Always love dining here! Service is quick. Restaurant is clean. Food is always good! Chicken and dumplings was so yummy at my last visit!

The service was absolutely amazing. The vibe is that family feel, lots of homemade desserts and soups and a delicious homemade ranch (when you know a restaurant is top notch)! ... and something you don't see everyday, prime rib on the menu every day! Please make the trip and go enjoy this delicious food. Even the spaghetti is amazing. I don't have a photo but for reference there were 6 or 7 soups which included chicken and dumplings and hamburger stew (you know that's homemade) ... and something like 9 desserts cakes, pies, a bread pudding and cobbler.

We made it here again last night to meet two family members for dinner. Second time, just as amazing as the first! I had the Cajun chicken pasta and told them they could make it spicy as they could, it was amazing! So tasty and not too spicy whatsoever, even though I could've handled it, I think. The two pieces of garlic toast that came with it were so good also. I had a huge slice of pecan pie for dessert, one of the best I've ever had! Sorry to use so many exclamation points but this place is so tasty. The service here is very good also, always friendly and attentive. Always ready to help and checked on us several times to see if there's anything we needed from refills to more napkins etc. Highly recommended!!!
